Terms & Conditions

Please allow 14+ weeks for your custom items to be properly preserved.  There is a $75.00 non-refundable fee, to hold your reservation. Once flowers are dried and removed from the silica, 50% of your total invoice (minus shipping) will be due. No items will be casted until this Pre-Casting invoice is paid. After 2 months, if the Pre-Casting invoice is not paid, florals will be disposed of. Final invoice will be sent once items are ready. Final payment must be made prior to shipment or pick up. If after 2 months, payment has not been made and no contact with you has been successful, your items will become property of KG Resin Design.
