Welcome! I'm Kerrie, I solely own and operate KG Resin Design, preserving your special flowers and keepsakes forever in resin.

My journey with art began in 2020, after retiring from 30 years of teaching. I worked mainly with acrylic paints and learning the many amazing ways to create abstract art. I wanted my pieces to last and that led to resin preservation.   

​

I soon found myself preserving flowers. I began learning as much as I could about the art, the tools, and the best materials to use. 

My first flower preservation was for myself. When my father passed, after a long battle with Alzheimer's, it was a "new beginning" for my mom, sister, and I. I wanted to keep some of the flowers from his service. We now have these as forever keepsakes.

Florals and/or special items from weddings, engagements, memorials, proms, or other special occasions can be preserved. 

​

When I am not in my studio, I enjoy going to football games (GO CHIEFS), hiking, and traveling with my husband. 

​
